Terms for restoration requests

These terms explain what happens when a property-damage request starts online: intake is reviewed, inspection fit is confirmed, work requires authorization, and insurance decisions stay with the carrier.

When a request starts online

A form, CTA, or phone request opens intake review. It gives NovaPro the facts needed to respond, but it does not replace inspection or written authorization.

  • NovaPro may use the submission to respond, qualify the damage, and schedule inspection.
  • The website request does not create a contract, work authorization, service commitment, or coverage/payment result.
  • Photos, contact details, source context, and property notes may become part of the restoration intake file.

What the website does not decide

Policy coverage

Payment or reimbursement

Whether work can start without authorization

Before work begins

The practical order matters: inspect the property, confirm fit, get the right authorization, then organize the restoration record around observed conditions.

01

Property review

Conditions are reviewed before acceptance

Property access, safety concerns, timing, visible conditions, and operational availability need to be reviewed before restoration work is accepted.

02

Written authorization

Authorization controls the work

Mitigation, contents movement, demo, drying, reconstruction planning, or other work depends on written authorization and any service agreement or notice required for the work involved.

03

Restoration record

Documentation stays tied to the request

Contact details, property information, photos, request context, estimates, invoices, and scope notes may be used to document observed conditions and authorized restoration materials.

Website content

Service information on this site is general restoration information until a specific property is inspected and written authorization or a service agreement applies.

Carrier decisions

NovaPro documents observed property damage and restoration scope. Policy interpretation, coverage decisions, payment decisions, and reimbursement outcomes remain with the insurance carrier.

Specialty work

Sewage cleanup, commercial drying, reconstruction, and other specialty work are available by inspection and subject to authorization and applicable legal requirements.

Questions about a request

Use the emergency intake form for property-damage requests. Include the address or ZIP, damage type, date of loss, urgency, and any insurance details available.
